Count each organization identity with effective Basic access: the first five free users, bundled Basic entitlements, Basic + Test Plans and Basic-assigned service identities. Exclude Stakeholder-only users and identities without Basic. This is not a count of document viewers, concurrent sessions or everyone in your Entra directory.

Support and planned trial
Free: documentation and self-service. Paid: standard email support, without a guaranteed response time. No enterprise SLA unless explicitly agreed. Above five users, a 14-day full trial after setup is planned; the new free entitlement and paid purchasing remain prelaunch.
Billing, renewals and capacity
At launch, online annual subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal, not access during the paid period. Renewal dates, advance reminders and cancellation access must be provided before purchasing is enabled.

Capacity is agreed for each annual term. No surprise billing from roster scans. Mid-term upgrade and proration terms still require approval; no upgrade action is offered here.
